• EPIC is the new provider for ATC - Advanced Technical Credit (ATC) http://www.atctexas.org

Notice! The ATC website is currently down.  EPIC is working to update the site with their information.  Once the site is current and up, an email will go out.  All current ATC teachers are extended another year of eligibility.  However, we are not approving any new teachers for this school year.
ATC gives high school students a chance to receive credit at participating community colleges across Texas for taking high school technical courses. Approved courses and their college equivalent are listed in the ATC Course Crosswalk. The teacher of the course must meet the ATC teacher requirements, go through ATC training and teach a course enhanced to meet the content of the equivalent college course.

    Articulated Credit

Tech Prep is no longer an option for CTE students. The Tech Prep program was terminated by the Legislature several years ago. Even though the Tech Prep program is no longer funded, school districts continue to maintain locally articulated agreements with colleges in the CTE area.  If you have questions regarding articulating CTE classes with a college please contact Traci Terrill at traci.terrill@esc15.net or 325-481-4074.
