| The Education Service Center (ESC) offers a variety of workshops for school district
employees -- educators, administrators and other support personnel. The subjects covered
include state education programs, instructional strategies for the classroom, and training
geared for a specific job position.
Costs for Professional Development For district personnel within Region XV there is no charge to attend professional development opportunities, except in some cases where there is a materials fee or when the district does not participate in a particular cooperative (example Mathematics and Science Cooperative). Fee for a person not employed by Region XV districts is $50.00 per day, plus any materials fee associated with the workshop. If you have attended workshops offered by our region before, you can view your personal staff development record. If you wish to drop out of a workshop, click on View Staff Development Record, locate the workshop that you would like to drop, click in the column marked "Drop Out". You will be dropped from the workshop. |
